The message will be passed on through Patrollers, who will let one another know, usually near one or another's border. Here, issues which need to be resolved shall be, whether they are small or not - both packs will make an effort to help one another out. Meetings can be called to simply catch up on the health of the packs to see how they are doing.
This meeting area is in a patch of woods in the lower mountain region, where there is a tiny clearing. Disturbances are very rare.

This meeting area is in a small forest on flat terrain, where there is a clearing. Disturbances never occur.

info ;; the packs come here to bond with one another. After all, maintaining a close relationship is the key to success. On the left is what appears to be a hot spring, probably about shoulder deep. The water is warm and quite steamy. On the right is a pool of water, which unlike the springs is cold. This offers the packs warmth in winter and refreshments in summer.
